Honey obtained a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to further her career as a Human Resources (HR) executive. She has served as an HR Director in large corporate companies and business process outsourcing companies owned and managed by individuals of various nationalities in the Philippines. One of her roles involved recruiting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and evaluating job seekers to meet the business needs of entrepreneurs. She also worked closely with the owners and chief executives to receive feedback on hired employees and ensure the quality of their work performance.
